  I RATED THIS 1 STAR -- YELP SHOWS THE LISTING AS 5 STAR!!!At first my appointments were all with Dr. Roeffer -- then something changed; I could only get appointments with Nurse Practitioner Christine Turner -- yet the bills they sent to my insurer were for Dr.Roediffer. The first time I saw Christine she misdiagnosed my condition -- she wrote a script for a very expensive medication when I had a medication allergy. The 2nd time I was was scheduled with her 6 months in advance, for a GYN exam. She REFUSED to due it with with a series of excuses -- only every two years, my insurance would not pay. MY INSURANCE HAD SENT ME A REMINDER TO HAVE THE EXAM. As I recall she never touched me during the time we spent together. She went down a list asking me a series of questions. I was subject to a new employee (BP, WT, Temp etc).She was incompetent -- and did not know how to operate a balance scale or take a blood pressure. I have heard this from many people who were using this practice. The case load has grown -- they have added many patients but no physicians. I needed a radiology procedure. In spike of my telling them where I go (Mayo Clinic) they would not send it there or give me a script. They sent my information to their favorite provider which barraged me with calls After numerous calls I cam in for a script --which they transmitted to the facility against my wishes. This practice added 5 Nurse Practitioners and Physician assistants.WHO BILL AS IF YOU SAW THE DOCTOR. If I make an appointment with a Physician that is who I expect to see. If you feel this way I suggest that this is not the practice for you.
